1. No Advance Payment (Standard Bookings)

For most regular taxi bookings, we do not require any advance payment. Customers can book and pay as per the agreed fare at the time of the trip.

2. Advance Payment for Long-Distance Pickup Bookings

In certain cases where the pickup location is more than 50 km away, we may request a small advance payment to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy for Such Bookings:

This advance amount is taken to cover driver allocation, travel time, and fuel costs.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund decisions in cases of unavoidable situations (such as extreme weather conditions, vehicle breakdown before dispatch, or service unavailability from our side) will be handled fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
